New Video: A Two-Minute Introduction to Group Events at Hard Rock Hotels All-Inclusive Collection

While we always want to get meeting and incentive planners to take a familiarization trip to one of our four all-inclusive properties across Mexico and the Dominican Republic, we understand that it’s not always possible. So to give planners a detailed view of how our properties look and feel for meetings and incentives, we recently created a short video you can view on the meetings page of each Hotel’s website (HRHcancun.com; HRHrivieramaya.com; HRHvallarta.com; HRHpuntacana.com).
We put a lot of planning into this video to make sure that, in just over two minutes, we covered the most important aspects of meetings and incentives and how the spaces and amenities at our properties work for those programs. For instance, there’s extensive coverage of our prefunction and indoor reception spaces, plus views of how the ballroom at each property can become the setting for an impactful general session with top-of-the-line audiovisual components, or for an evening dinner and live performance with décor, lighting and sound quality rivaling a Hollywood gala.
Turning to the outdoor environment at our tropical Hotels, the video showcases the beach and other unique ocean-facing lawns and promenades in full décor. We wanted planners to see that these spaces are designed to host group events ranging from beach olympics to teambuilding challenges to barefoot receptions to elegant moonlight dinners.
One other element the video covers is the all-inclusive nature of each property, which includes top-shelf liquor, resort-wide WiFi and even phone calls to the United States and Canada. These elements make budgeting easier for planners, while making the experience easy and comfortable for attendees.
