Conference Space
Our exciting Vallarta conference center features chic indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. Stunning beaches, tropical gardens, ocean view terraces, enchanting pool areas, elegant ballrooms and high-tech meeting rooms host Vallarta events that are imaginative and productive. Whether you are hosting a reception for 500 in the Nayarit Ballroom or a cocktail party on the beach for 50, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta offers a breathtaking destination for Puerto Vallarta conferences and events that rock.
Nayarit Ballroom
The elegant Nayarit Ballroom boasts 6,317 square feet of flexible meeting, conference, convention, and banquet space with the capacity to host a reception for 400 people. For more intimate meetings and events, the stylish ballroom can be subdivided into 6 rooms.
Foyer
The golf-marble style Foyer features 1,890 square feet of meeting space with recessed lighting, stylish decor, comfortable lounge areas, and direct access to our ballrooms and meetings rooms. The Foyer is a perfect setting for coffee breaks, registration areas, networking events and cocktail parties.
Riviera Boardroom
At 318 square feet, this modern boardroom features a long conference table, leather chairs, conference calling, natural light, and wireless internet for business, board meetings and conferences for up to 14 people. Get creative in this intimate setting.
Outdoor Event Venues
Palm Terrace
Overlooking the golden sands and emerald-blue waters of the Pacific, the Palm Terrace is a beautiful sky-lit venue for receptions, banquets, cocktail parties, networking events and corporate events for up to 80 people. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay and warm tropical breezes as you meet and mingle in this beachfront oasis.
Swimming Pool Terrace
Host cocktail parties, receptions, banquets and festivities in this beautiful terrace overlooking our sparkling swimming pool. This spectacular sky-lit venue can host up to 100 people for a cocktail reception and 60 for a banquet.
Ciao Terrace
Set around our crystal-clear Pool, edged with palm trees and flowers, this stunning event venue is a naturally relaxed atmosphere for receptions, corporate functions, galas, and themed parties. Beautiful décor and lighting will sparkle against the glistening pool to create a ambiance that is enchanting for up to 270 guests.
Sunset Beach & Ciao Beach
Our stunning sand beaches edge the waters of the bay to create an intoxicating and tropical atmosphere for special events, cocktail parties, receptions, banquets and team building activities. Our two breathtaking beach areas can host receptions for up to 650 people each, and can be transformed into a magical paradise for your Vallarta events.
Sunset Garden
Located on the rustic edge of our breathtaking resort, Sunset Garden is a beautiful and natural destination for your Nuevo Vallarta events, conventions, receptions, banquets and celebrations. Tropical landscaping of palms and native plants, fragrant aromas and radiant sunsets create an atmosphere that is romantic and dramatic. Our beautiful sunset garden can host receptions for up to 1,000 people.
Splash Terrace
Located in front of the Pacific’s Beach, this venue can host events for up to 160 people.
